We aim to dispatch your Item within 2 working Days of receiving Payment. Delivery will always be 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail, unless otherwise stated. For Items of a Value higher than £20, it is compulsory that you purchase the additional Insurance for £2.99. If you require a Quicker Delivery service please ask about our Courier Service Delivery charges. We always obtain Proof of Postage when sending any item and we are happy to provide a copy on request. We usually deliver within 10 – 12 working days Globally, but please be aware that once we have posted your item the delivery time is beyond our control, If an item does take longer than expected please be patient, check with your local post office as they may be holding it there for you to pick up and always contact us before assuming that we have not sent it. Please Note: Royal Mail in the UK do not declare an item Lost until 14 Days after Dispatch, so we are unable to issue refunds until after this time.
